Your Customer Account – All Info at a Glance
Here you’ll find all the key information about your customer account. Learn where to find your voucher codes, how to update your personal data, or what to do if you’ve forgotten your password. We’ll also show you where to find your customer and order number and how to collect points with the eBarf Points loyalty program.
Where can I find my discount codes?
Your current discount codes are stored in your customer account. There, you’ll see the code, which you can copy and paste into the shopping cart.
How can I change my personal information in my customer account?
You can view your personal information in your customer area. Under the section “My account information” you can view and update your details. In your personal address book, you can also manage saved addresses and add new ones. For your pets, you can create a personal profile under the “My Pets” section.
I forgot my password – what can I do?
Click on the "Forgot password?" button on the login page. You will then receive further instructions by email on how to reset your password. If you don't receive an email within an hour, please first check your spam folder.

Where can I find my customer and/or order number?
Simply click on your customer account. At the top left, you will see your customer number.
You can find the order numbers for all your purchases in your order history.
How does the eBarf Points loyalty program work?
With our attractive eBarf Points program, you automatically earn 1 eBarf Point for every € 1 spent on your orders as a registered customer. You can later convert your collected eBarf Points into value vouchers (starting from € 10.00) and redeem them on your next purchase.
