General Information

Under Delivery Times, you will find the countries we deliver to and information on how long it takes for your package to arrive. Under Shipping Prices, you will find the current costs for shipping, depending on the weight of the package. For orders over €100, we offer free shipping within Germany via DPD Classic.

Once your order has been packed by our staff in the shipping center, it can no longer be cancelled or changed in any way (this includes delivery address, order quantity, selected items, etc.).

Please ensure that you can receive your shipment on the delivery day provided via email. If you grant the carrier permission to leave the package unattended, we cannot be held liable for the loss or defrosting of goods after they are left. The same applies to redirections, address changes, deliveries to parcel stations, and similar situations.

If you refuse to accept the shipment, a total loss may occur. This does not exempt you from payment.

You, as the recipient, are responsible for providing the correct address and designated drop-off location. Neither we as the sender nor the delivery service can be held liable for drop-off authorizations. Furthermore, it must be ensured that the drop-off location is accessible at all times and reachable by the delivery service without assistance from third parties. We as the sender, nor the carrier (DHL, DPD, GO!), are liable for the security of the delivery after it has been dropped off. Where local conditions permit, delivery services may also leave packages at their discretion.

Delivery Times

We ship products on specific weekdays, which vary depending on the shipping method. You can find these listed below by country. The shipping times refer to the moment your order has been received by us. Please take into account our shipping days and that processing your order takes 1-2 business days.

To ensure that your goods are shipped on a shipping day, your order should be placed and paid for by the previous day. For example, if Monday is a shipping day, payment should be received by Sunday at 11:59 PM to ensure shipping on Monday. (If the order or payment is received early Monday, shipping may still occur on the same day, depending on workload.)

Germany

Note: With DPD Express and GO! Express, you must personally accept the package. Leaving it unattended is not allowed.

Other Countries

Note: With DPD Express, you must personally accept the package. Leaving it unattended is not allowed.

Frozen Goods

Frozen goods can only be ordered in a total amount of 4.0 kg (Germany) or 10 kg (other countries) to ensure the cold chain is maintained.

They are delivered in an insulated thermal box with an outer carton, designed for 5 kg, 12 kg, or 26 kg of frozen goods, ensuring the cold chain is maintained for at least 72 hours.

For all shipping methods except DHL Standard, dry ice is additionally included.

If the goods arrive defrosted, this does not generally constitute a loss of quality or a defect. You can safely refreeze them or feed them directly to your pet.

Delivery via DHL Maxi Letter

For some countries, we can cost-effectively deliver products that do not require refrigeration via DHL Maxi Letter. This shipping method is only available for the following products:

FAQ

Can I have the goods delivered to a parcel station?

Yes, but please note the following package dimensions and the weight of your order and check whether the carrier delivers packages of this size and weight to parcel stations:

Up to 5 kg:   Width 40 cm  x  Depth 30 cm  x  Height 17 cm
Up to 12 kg: Width 49 cm  x  Depth 37 cm  x  Height 27 cm
Up to 26 kg: Width 59 cm  x  Depth 45.5 cm  x  Height 40 cm

From the time of delivery to the parcel station and if the carrier refuses delivery due to package size or weight, we cannot accept liability for the package.

How should I store frozen goods?

All our BARF products should be stored at -18 °C in the freezer and defrosted for approximately 12 hours in the refrigerator, either without packaging or with sufficient air holes, before feeding. Serve the meat at room temperature.
