Return your packaging and receive an environmental bonus from us.
You can easily send back your no longer needed thermal boxes to us and receive a discount voucher worth €7.90 for your next order. By returning the thermal boxes, you conserve resources, reduce environmental impact, and support nature alongside us.
Info: The return is only possible within Germany, as collection and transport are exclusively carried out by DPD.
1. Pack the Thermal Box
You can send each thermal box individually in its original shipping carton. Unfortunately, bundling multiple boxes is no longer possible.
2. Purchase a Return Label and Send via DPD
Select the product "Return Shipping Label" in the shop and complete the payment process as usual. The return label costs €7.90.
You will then receive the ordered DPD return label via email. Print it out and attach it visibly to the box.
The ready-to-ship box can be dropped off at any DPD branch or handed over to a DPD driver if there is still space in the delivery vehicle.
3. Receive Your Environmental Bonus and Save
After purchasing the DPD return label, you will receive your environmental bonus. We will send it to you via email in the form of a €7.90 discount code, which you can use for your next purchase in our online shop. Additionally, this voucher is also stored in your customer account under "My Vouchers".

Note:
Returns are only possible through DPD. Boxes and cartons from other providers will not be reimbursed. Only clean and undamaged boxes and cartons will be accepted. Remove any old shipping labels if necessary to avoid confusion.
After purchasing the return label, you will receive your €7.90 discount voucher, which is valid for 3 years.

The return shipping label is valid only for returns within Germany, as collection and transport are exclusively carried out by DPD. The return label expires after 30 days.
