Packaging return – For the sake of the environment!
We take back your packaging and you receive an eco bonus from us.
Your no-longer-needed thermal boxes can be easily returned to us including the outer carton. In return, you will receive a €7.90 discount voucher for your next order. By returning the thermal boxes, you conserve resources, reduce environmental impact and support climate protection together with us.
How it works
1. Pack the thermal box
You can return each thermal box individually in its original outer carton. Bundling multiple cartons with one return label is not possible. However, you can purchase multiple return labels in one order and then return several boxes.
2. Purchase return label & ship via DPD
Select the product “Parcel Return Label” in the shop and complete the checkout as usual. You will then receive the ordered DPD return label via email. Print it out and attach it visibly to the carton.
You can now drop off the ready-to-ship carton at any DPD branch in Germany or hand it to a DPD courier, provided there is still space in the delivery vehicle.
3. Receive eco bonus & save
After purchasing the DPD return label, you will receive an eco bonus of €7.90 per package from us, which we will send you as a discount code via email. Additionally, this code is stored in your customer account under “My Discount Codes”. You can redeem your discount on your next purchase in our online shop.
Important notes
The parcel return label is only valid for returns within Germany, as pickup and transport are handled exclusively by DPD. Cartons and boxes from other providers will not be reimbursed by us. Only clean and undamaged cartons and boxes will be accepted. Remove any old shipping labels if necessary to avoid confusion.
After payment for the return label, you will receive your €7.90 discount code each, which has a validity of 3 years.
The return label expires after 30 days.
