The eBarf Points are credited to your points account automatically, but only after payment has been received. Shipping costs are excluded.

What Are My eBarf Points Worth?
The value of your eBarf Points is as follows: 1 eBarf Point = €0.02 discount value (other currencies are calculated automatically)
This means, for example, that for 743 loyalty pearls you will receive a discount code worth €14.86.
How Do I Redeem My eBarf Points?
You can find an overview of your eBarf Points and the option to convert them into vouchers in your points account. Please note that you must have at least 500 eBarf Points to convert them into a €10.00 voucher. When converting, all available eBarf Points are always used automatically.
Where Can I Find My Vouchers?
After converting your eBarf Points into vouchers, you can view them in your account under My Vouchers. There you will also find the voucher code you need to redeem them.
How Can I Redeem My Vouchers?
As a registered customer, you can easily redeem your vouchers by entering your voucher code in the designated field in the shopping cart and confirming with "OK". The amount will then be automatically deducted from the purchase value.
You can apply multiple vouchers to one order. Please note, however, that vouchers cannot be used to reduce shipping costs. If the voucher value exceeds the purchase value, the remaining amount will be issued to you as a new voucher under My Vouchers.
A cash payout of the remaining amount is not possible. Your eBarf Points expire after 2 years if no new orders are placed by you.
Can I Collect eBarf Points as a Guest?
To collect our eBarf Points, you need to create a customer account in our online shop. Unfortunately, guests cannot benefit from our eBarf Points program.
