What is Fix-BAF®?
Fix-BAF® – cooked raw food for cats & dogs
Yes, you read that correctly: cooked raw food, not wet food and not a new invention. Fix-BARF® meals are simply and gently cooked in their own juices at 120° Celsius in a combi oven, transforming them into delicious Fix-BAF® food for dogs and cats.
BAF stands for biologically species-appropriate food. Based on the raw Fix-BARF® complete meals, the cooked BAF range was also developed as a complete pet food. Unlike industrially produced wet food, Fix-BAF® complete meals are individually formulated and nutritionally balanced raw meat meals that are gently cooked in their own juices after precisely calculated quantities of nutrients have been added.
When should Fix-BAF® be fed?
The idea behind this unique product is to offer a natural and healthy diet for cats and dogs that cannot be persuaded to eat raw food or are unable to tolerate it. Cooked BAF is also ideal for owners who, for example, are uncomfortable feeding raw meat or have only limited freezer space. The practical pouches containing the high-quality cooked food can simply be stored at room temperature.

High-quality complete food for cats
With Fix-BAF® complete meals, you can offer your four-legged companion a high-quality complete food. The meat is cooked in its own juices and has a deliciously chunky texture. Filling the cooked complete meals into pouches gives them a shelf life of up to 2 years and allows them to be stored without refrigeration. This means you can easily stock up and always have enough food at home for your pet.
Fix-BAF® complete meals are made from high-quality fresh meat. The supplements are individually calculated for each recipe to meet nutritional requirements. The calcium-to-phosphorus ratio is within the ideal range, the salt content is moderate and the potassium-to-magnesium ratio is appropriate. The fibre content is 5% for cats and 20% for dogs, while the fat content is also tailored to the needs of your four-legged companion.
As Fix-BAF® complete meals are nutritionally complete pet foods, you can simply feed them in the same way as any other familiar type of wet food. It is also possible to switch from dry food, although this may take a little more time, especially for cats. It is certainly worth being patient, however, because Fix-BAF® allows you to provide your four-legged companion with optimal nutrition at all times.
