With our WhatsApp newsletter, we send you exclusive offers and promotions directly to your smartphone.
How often will I receive WhatsApp messages from eBarf?
Don't worry: you won't be spammed by eBarf. We usually send you 1–2 messages per week.
I haven't installed WhatsApp on my smartphone. How do I do that?
You need to install the free WhatsApp app on your smartphone or PC. Open your browser and go to the WhatsApp download page. Choose your device and start the download. Then register your phone number and wait for the contacts to sync.
What can I do if I'm signed up but not receiving any messages?
Our newsletter is not sent daily, but about 1–2 times a week. To receive our messages, make sure you have saved our phone number in your contacts and clicked the “Start” button. If you still don’t receive any messages, please contact our customer service via our contact page. Please note that we currently do not respond to WhatsApp messages – our colleagues will reply to you via email.
Why don't I get a reply when I send a WhatsApp message to you?
Please note that we are currently unable to respond to inquiries via WhatsApp. If you have questions about an order or delivery, please contact our customer service via the contact page. To receive our WhatsApp messages, it is important that you complete the registration process. Save our phone number as a new contact “eBarf” on your phone and after receiving the confirmation message, click the “Start” button.
How do I unsubscribe from the eBarf WhatsApp newsletter?
To permanently stop receiving our messages, send us the word “Stop” via WhatsApp. We’ll confirm your unsubscription and you’ll be removed from our distribution list shortly. If you want to receive messages from us again, simply write “Start” and we’ll inform you again about promotions and vouchers.
What can I do if I unsubscribed but still receive messages?
To stop receiving our messages, send the word “Stop.” We’ll confirm your unsubscription via WhatsApp and you’ll be removed from our WhatsApp list shortly. In some cases, unsubscription may overlap with already scheduled messages and you may receive WhatsApp messages for about 24 hours. If you continue to receive newsletters after successful unsubscription, please contact our customer service via the contact page.
