Cancellation & Withdrawal

You have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period generally begins upon receipt of the goods. Using the form on this page, you can quickly and easily submit your withdrawal request to us.

Cancellation Before Shipping

If you would like to cancel your order, you may inform us of your cancellation request before the goods are shipped. This helps avoid unnecessary shipping routes and return shipments.

However, since many of our orders are processed very quickly, it may happen that an order has already been prepared before we are able to process your request. This especially applies to requests submitted in the evening, at night, on weekends, or outside our business hours. In such cases, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. If your order has not yet been processed and you wish to cancel it, we therefore recommend contacting us by phone during our working hours. This allows us to check more quickly whether your order can still be stopped.

Please note that contacting us by phone increases the chance of a successful cancellation, but does not guarantee it.

Information About the Right of Withdrawal

Please note: Submitting the form does not automatically constitute an effective withdrawal. Your request will be reviewed manually by us.

Please also note that not all products are eligible for withdrawal. Goods that can spoil quickly or whose safe transport can only be guaranteed under certain temperature conditions may legally be excluded from the right of withdrawal. This particularly applies to frozen pet food and other temperature-sensitive fresh products. Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB) provides exceptions to the right of withdrawal for perishable goods.

The right of withdrawal may also be excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery. Depending on the product, this may apply, for example, to certain wet food or snack items.

For accessories or other non-perishable items, a right of withdrawal may generally exist unless a statutory exception applies.

Notes Regarding the Form

Please make sure to provide your order number so that we can process your request more quickly. Please also use the same name and e-mail address that you used when placing your order. A reason for withdrawal is not required.

Review & Refund

After receiving your request, we will review whether and to what extent a right of withdrawal exists. If the ordered goods are eligible for withdrawal, you will receive further information regarding the return process.

If a valid withdrawal exists and a refund is required, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, processing may take several business days.
