1. Purchase return label

By purchasing this product, you acquire a single-use parcel return label for sending back a no-longer-needed thermal box. Each thermal box can be returned individually in its original outer box. Bundling multiple boxes with one return label is not possible. However, you can purchase multiple return labels at once if you want to return several boxes.

2. Receive return label

After payment and processing of your order, we will send you the return label via email. Please note that delivery may take 1–3 working days.

3. Receive environmental bonus

As a thank-you for returning your thermal box(es), you will receive an environmental bonus in the form of a €7.90 discount code for each box. You can use this code for your next purchase in our online shop. The code can be redeemed within 3 years of issuance.

4. Important notes

• The parcel return label is only valid for returns within Germany, as collection and transport are carried out exclusively by DPD.
• The return label expires after 30 days.
• The parcel return label cannot be ordered together with other products.
• Please note that one return label is required per parcel/thermal box. Bundling multiple parcels with one return label is not allowed. In that case, please order multiple labels.
• A maximum of 10 labels per order is possible.
• Regardless of how many return labels you order at once, you will receive only one discount code from us (Example: You order 10 labels in one order, then you receive a discount code worth 10 × €7.90 = €79.00).
