Purchase the return label

By purchasing this product, you acquire a single-use package return label for returning an unused thermal box. Each thermal box must be returned individually in its original outer box. Combining multiple boxes with one return label is not allowed.

Receive the return label

After receiving your payment and processing your order, we will email you the return label. Please note that it may take 1-3 business days for the label to arrive.

3) Receive an environmental bonus
As a thank you for returning your thermal box, you will receive an environmental bonus in the form of a discount voucher worth €7.90 for your next purchase in our online shop. The voucher is valid for 3 years.

Notes:

The package return label is only valid for returns within Germany, as collection and transport are exclusively handled by DPD.
The return label expires after 30 days.
The package return label can only be ordered individually.
Please note that one return label is required per package/thermal box. Combining multiple packages with one return label is not allowed.
