Our organic rumen is an unprocessed ecological product characterized by its low-fat content and high fiber content. For production, we only use rumens from animals fed with ecologically produced feed. During production, the organic rumen is only roughly shaken, so valuable food residues remain, providing important fibers and healthy gut bacteria. We completely avoid adding any chemical substances during production, making our organic rumen a 100% natural treat for your dog.
Green Treat for Dogs
Our organic rumen from German cattle is a particularly tasty and healthy snack for dogs. It is also ideal for puppies, raw feeding beginners, and overweight dogs, as it is low in fat and can also positively support your dog's digestion. The rumen, along with the reticulum, omasum, and abomasum, is one of the cow's four stomachs and can make up to 16% of a balanced raw feeding meal.

Feeding recommendation
For a balanced BARF diet for adult healthy dogs, we recommend a feeding composition of 80 % animal and 20 % plant-based components. The animal portion should be divided into 50 % muscle meat, 20 % tripe and omasum, 15 % offal, and 15 % raw meaty bones (RMB). The plant-based portion usually consists of 75 % vegetables and 25 % fruit.

For adult healthy cats, the animal portion of BARF rations should be 95 %, consisting of approximately 65 % muscle meat, heart, fat, and blood, as well as 15 % raw meaty bones and offal. The remaining 5 % consists of fiber-rich vegetables such as carrots or pumpkin.
We recommend dividing the total food amount into at least two meals per day and supplementing with essential nutrients such as omega-3-6-9 oil or salmon oil, as well as seaweed meal and, if necessary, cod liver oil.
All our BARF products should be stored at -18 °C in the freezer and thawed in the refrigerator for approx. 12 hours before feeding, either without packaging or with sufficient air holes. Serve at room temperature.
