Moro's Carrot Soup – a proven home remedy by indigestion
Moro's carrot soup has its origins in human medicine and originally comes from pediatrics. At the beginning of the 20th century, Professor Ernst Moro, then head of the Heidelberg Children's Hospital, developed this simple yet highly effective recipe. Since then, the soup has been successfully used as a supportive treatment for digestive issues such as diarrhea and intestinal diseases – not only in humans but also in dogs.
Natural support by diarrhea or intestinal diseases
The composition of Moro's carrot soup is very simple, but its effect is impressive: by cooking the carrots for hours, so-called oligosaccharides are formed – special sugar molecules that can attach to the intestinal wall. There, they help to displace harmful protozoa like giardia and stabilize your dog's gut flora.
Please note: Moro's carrot soup does not replace veterinary treatment and should only be used as supportive therapy for serious illnesses.

Feeding recommendation
For your dog to optimally benefit from the positive effects of Moro's carrot soup, you should feed it several times a day in small portions – ideally four to five times a day. Give the soup about 30 minutes before the main meals so that the active ingredients can be properly absorbed. Make sure the soup is at room temperature.
If your dog does not eat the soup plain, you can make it more palatable with a little boiled chicken, lean meat, or a bit of bone broth. To further support gastrointestinal health, you can also enrich the soup with a bag of fennel, chamomile, or peppermint tea. It is especially advisable to feed Moro's carrot soup in combination with easily digestible bland food.
