Beef: A Valuable Nutrient Supplier
Beef is one of the most popular types of meat for BARF and scores high with its nutrient content and good fat content, which provides important calories and thus energy. Combined with finely ground chicken carcass, it creates an ideal mix for puppies, seniors, or dogs that prefer not to chew— but of course, for all other dogs as well. Even cats might enjoy this blend.
Chicken Carcass for Natural Calcium Supply
Chicken carcasses are not only particularly tasty but also offer a valuable source of calcium. With their finely ground cartilage and meat remnants, they provide essential nutrients and should only be fed raw to avoid the risk of splintered bones from heating.
High-Quality Mix of Beef & Chicken
Our chicken-beef mix is made up of 100% natural raw materials from Germany and is processed fresh daily in our in-house production in Brandenburg. The beef comes from species-appropriate farming, making it particularly nutrient-rich, and in combination with the chicken carcass, it forms a healthy and tasty BARF meal for your four-legged friend.

BARF pyramid
The BARF pyramid opposite shows how BARF meals should be divided up for a healthy, adult dog. Normally, the rations consist of 80 % animal and 20 % vegetable components, although not all components need to be fed every day. Feeding sick animals or those with intolerances can look completely different. Our nutrition experts will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.
Feeding recommendation
For a balanced BARF diet for adult healthy dogs, we recommend a composition of 80% animal and 20% plant components. The animal portion should be divided into 50% muscle meat, 20% tripe and leaf tripe, 15% organs, and 15% raw meaty bones (RMB). The plant portion typically consists of 75% vegetables and 25% fruit.
To calculate the exact BARF rations for your dog, you can use our free BARF calculator. Enter your dog's data, and receive the results for balanced daily and weekly rations within seconds.
For adult healthy cats, the animal portion of the BARF rations should be 95%. The remaining 5% should consist of fiber-rich vegetables like carrots or pumpkin.
We recommend dividing the total food amount into at least two portions per day and supplementing it with essential dietary supplements such as Omega-3-6-9 oil and seaweed powder.
All of our BARF products should be stored in the freezer at -18 °C and thawed in the refrigerator for about 12 hours before feeding, either without packaging or with sufficient air holes. Serve the meat at room temperature.
