Bone meal is a natural product made from dried, ground bones and is used in BARF diets when feeding raw meaty bones is not possible—whether due to intolerances, illnesses, or because the dog swallows food too quickly. This means that the ground bones can be effectively absorbed by dogs and cats, with digestion being significantly less strained compared to feeding whole bones.

Please always adhere to the feeding recommendation, as excessive amounts of bone meal can lead to constipation, bone-like stool, and in severe cases, bowel obstruction.
