My order was supposed to be shipped with dry ice. Why don’t I see any dry ice when the package arrives?

Dry ice ensures your frozen food stays deep-frozen during transit. With a temperature of around -78°C, it keeps your order cool and preserves the quality of the food.
During transport, dry ice sublimates into CO₂. It is actually intended to completely disappear by the time it arrives to eliminate any risk to you as the customer, as dry ice can cause burns and poisoning.

Note: Not every shipping provider offers delivery with dry ice. For example, DHL does not offer this option.
