First, purchase a return label in our online shop.
With this purchase, you’ll receive a one-time return label for sending back a thermal box via DPD within Germany. Each thermal box must be returned individually in its original outer box. Bundling multiple boxes under one return label is not allowed – you will need one return label per thermal box. The return label is valid for 30 days.

Once we have received your payment and processed your order, we will send you the return label by email. Please note that this may take 1–3 business days.

As a thank-you for returning your thermal box, you’ll receive an environmental bonus in the form of a €7.90 discount code for your next purchase in our online shop. The voucher is valid for 3 years.
