Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
During the ordering process, you can select your preferred delivery and billing address in the second step under “Address”. These can be the same or different.
Once your order has been received by us, changes to the delivery address can no longer be made. If you are unable to personally accept the delivery and have not made arrangements with the shipping provider, your order will be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel shop. If you selected DPD or GO! as the shipping provider, a second delivery attempt may be made the next day. You are required to collect your delivery from the parcel shop on the next business day or accept it personally. Collection is only possible with a notification card or ID.
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the address provided.
