Why do I have to accept the delivery in person when using DPD and GO!?

When shipping with DPD and GO!, these are express orders that may only be handed over personally to the recipient by the courier. In some cases, it is possible to authorize drop-off permission or similar. However, we assume no responsibility or liability for this. Usually, a second delivery attempt is made on the next working day.
