Green Beef Tripe: A Natural Nutrient Source for Dogs
Our green beef tripe is a natural and nutrient-rich treat for your four-legged friend. As one of the cow’s four stomachs, it is offered in its untreated form: we do not wash the tripe; it is only shaken out. This allows it to retain its greenish color, which is due to the food residues and plant fibers it contains. This unprocessed version of tripe contains valuable gut bacteria and fiber that are not present in white, cleaned tripe.
Supports Digestion
Green tripe is an excellent source of proteins, fiber, and pre-digested plant fibers. These ingredients naturally promote your dog’s digestion while providing a tasty and healthy feeding experience. Feeding green tripe actively supports your dog’s gut flora and digestion – delicious and healthy for your dog!
Note: Green tripe is a pure natural product, only roughly shaken out in our production, not washed. We therefore recommend always checking the product for foreign objects before feeding.

BARF pyramid
The BARF pyramid opposite shows how BARF meals should be divided up for a healthy, adult dog. Normally, the rations consist of 80 % animal and 20 % vegetable components, although not all components need to be fed every day. Feeding sick animals or those with intolerances can look completely different. Our nutrition experts will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.
Feeding recommendation
For a balanced BARF diet for adult healthy dogs, we recommend a composition of 80% animal and 20% plant components. The animal portion should be divided into 50% muscle meat, 20% tripe and leaf tripe, 15% organs, and 15% raw meaty bones (RMB). The plant portion typically consists of 75% vegetables and 25% fruit.
To calculate the exact BARF rations for your dog, you can use our free BARF calculator. Enter your dog's data, and receive the results for balanced daily and weekly rations within seconds.
For adult healthy cats, the animal portion of the BARF rations should be 95%. The remaining 5% should consist of fiber-rich vegetables like carrots or pumpkin.
We recommend dividing the total food amount into at least two portions per day and supplementing it with essential dietary supplements such as Omega-3-6-9 oil and seaweed powder.
All of our BARF products should be stored in the freezer at -18 °C and thawed in the refrigerator for about 12 hours before feeding, either without packaging or with sufficient air holes. Serve the meat at room temperature.
